Conversation Basics
Conversations allow a team to communicate through a group chat feature. Conversations are broken up by teams. You can find Conversations under the Team Hub menu.
If you click into Conversations for the first time, it will default to your primary location’s team. If you click the drop-down menu to the top left of the page, you will be able to navigate to another team’s conversation hub.
You can click “+Add New” to start a new conversation where team members can message each other about the conversation topic. When starting your first message of the conversation, you can pin the message to show that the message is important, as well as name the conversation. Any team member who is affiliated with this team will see this message and be able to respond to the message within the conversation.
