Pinning a Conversation Topic

If the conversation is important and you would like it to remain at the top, you have the ability to pin the conversation. To pin a conversation topic, you have 2 options:

1. Pin the conversation when creating a new conversation.

a. Click the “+ Add New” in conversations

b. Fill out the Conversation Name and First Message.

c. Check off the “Pin Conversation” checkbox then save.

2. Pin the conversation after it has been created

a. Click into a conversation that has been created.

b. Click the Yellow Actions drop-down.

c. Click Pin Topic and then save.

PRO TIP: Only pin a limited number of conversations.
