Deleting a Conversation

In Woven, you have the ability to delete a conversation. We do not recommend deleting a conversation in Woven as all information in that conversation will be lost. Arching a conversation is the recommend action when cleaning up your conversations. To delete a conversation:

1. Click “Conversations” under the Team Hub menu.

2. Click a conversation you want to delete.

3. Click the yellow “Actions” drop-down menu.

4. Click “Delete Topic.” A pop-up will appear asking if you would like to delete this topic.

5. Click Delete

Deleting a Comment

In Woven, you have the ability to delete one of your comments. We do not recommend deleting a comment in a conversation unless completely necessary. To delete a comment:

1. Click “Conversations” under the Team Hub menu.

2. Click a conversation you want to delete a comment in.

3. Click the pencil and paper icon on the comment you want to delete to reveal a red trashcan icon (assuming you have the permissions to delete a comment).

4. Click the red trash can icon to delete the comment. A pop-up will appear asking if you would like to delete the comment.

5. A message will pop-up asking if you are sure you want to delete this comment

6. Click Delete
