Putting a Task on Hold
When something prevents a task from being completed or there is another task that must be completed first, it might be best to place the task on hold. To place a task on hold:
- Click Tasks under the Team Hub menu.
- If the task you want to put on hold is on a different location team/team, make sure to navigate to that team
- Click the task you want to make a put-on hold. The task details will show on your right.
- Click “On Hold” to put the task on hold.
PRO TIP: If a task is put on hold, you may want to update the due date.
