Before sending an email to a team member with instructions for resetting their Woven password, you should confirm that they have the correct email address on file (select Management menu > Team Members > choose your team member > view the “Email Address” field on their “General” tab). To send a reset-password email:
- Click “Team Members” under the Management Menu.
- Click the name of the team member to whom you would like to send a password-reset email.
- Click the yellow “Actions” drop-down to the right of “Team Member Details.”
- Click “Reset Password.” A pop-up will ask you if you want to reset the team member’s password.
- Click the green “Yes” button to send the reset-password email to that team member’s email.
