To update a team member’s username and email address:
1. Click “Team Members” under the Management Menu.
2. Click the name of the team member whose username and email address you would like to update.
3. Now on the team member’s page, scroll to the “Team Member Security” section (see bottom of the webpage) to update the team member's username:
a. Click the yellow “Actions” drop-down.
b. Click “Change Username.”
c. Enter the team member’s new username (must be their email address).
d. Click the green “Update Username” button.
1. Scroll up to the “Contact Information” section to update the email address for the team member. To update the email address:
a. Click on the team member’s email address.
b. Replace the old team member's email address with their new email address and press enter.
